Established in 1996, we are Kidderminster's longest established family run computer and laptop repair specialist. 

Founder and owner, Richard Kimberley, has over 15 years of experience as an engineer specialising in the repair of computer systems and laptops. Ranging from home computers right through to corporate servers and networks.

Richard is based full time at our Worcester Road premises and is a completely independent IT specialist. All work is carried out by Richard personally. We do not employ anyone, nor do we subcontract work. 

We understand how important computers are to people, therefore we always do our very best to sort them out as quickly as possible. Same day service is often available - just ask. Whatever make of computer or laptop you own, a repair and troubleshooting service is available.

If you're looking to expand your knowledge of computers, no matter whether you're a novice or advanced user, Richard offers personal, one-to-one tuition at times convenient to you. He will show you what you want to know, doesn't work from text books and writes everything you cover down to take home with you. Tuition sessions take place at our Worcester Road premises and are available week days, early & late evenings and weekends. Please call Richard for information.
